The production of photovoltaic power plants from the NOVA Green Energy fund has been accumulating on the verge of an energy audit since the beginning of the year, after accumulating weaker months, specifically in June it exceeded the audit by 16%. The biogas stations and the biomass heating plant in Krnče were at their expected average.
Within the NOVA Real Estate real estate fund, the turnover of tenants of OC Orlice Park increased this year in all three main categories and as a whole they are growing by 5.7%. We perceive that the implementation of deferred purchases, the overall improvement of people's mood and increased consumer confidence given by positive expectations for the future play a role in the increase in sales. In the area of offices, we perceive increased activity of those interested in our premises, both those currently ready for lease (Smíchov Gate) and existing tenants with an approaching expiration are no longer reluctant to sign standard long-term contracts.
