INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE WEBSITE

2. Cookies and processed personal data, purpose and legal basis for processing and retention period

Cookies are text files that contain a small amount of information that is downloaded to your computer, mobile phone or other device when you visit a website.

As part of cookies, we process IP address, information about browsing the web, information about your device, your location, etc. We process this data for the purpose of evaluating website traffic, user movement around the website and creating statistics, based on our legitimate interest in monitoring traffic on websites pages and in their optimization. We also use cookies for the purpose of increasing user comfort, namely for (i) remembering the logged-in user in the client section and ( ii ) remembering the e-mail address when filling it in the contact form. We store cookies for a maximum of 12 months, or until they expire or are removed from your device.

We also process your e-mail, telephone and possibly other data that you fill in the contact form based on your request for the purpose of processing your request stated in the contact form. We keep this data for a period of 1 year, in the case of forms from investors or other persons with whom we have a contract, then possibly for a longer period, based on the contract or regulatory regulations (AML, complaints management, etc.).

3. Who processes your personal data and to whom do we pass it on?

All mentioned personal data are processed by us as the administrator. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Your personal data may be transferred to other persons in the position of processors for the above purposes; these persons can be, in particular, service operators of the tools used to create statistics and marketing, which are listed above.

We may further transfer the above-mentioned data to other administrators in the event that we are obliged to transfer this data on the basis of the law (in particular to the courts and the police or the Czech National Bank in the exercise of their legal powers).

4. What are your rights when processing personal data:

• Right of access - you have the right to know what data we process about you, for what purpose, for how long, where we obtain your personal data, to whom we pass it on, who processes it outside of us and what other rights you have related to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to gain access to this personal data and ask us for a copy of the processed personal data, whereby we will provide you with the first copy free of charge and additional copies for a fee.
• Right to rectification - if you find that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected or supplemented without undue delay.
• The right to erasure - according to Article 17 GDPR - in some cases you have the right to have your personal data erased. We will delete your personal data without undue delay if any of the following reasons are met:

• We no longer need your personal data for the purposes for which we processed them;
• you exercise your right to object to processing and we find that we no longer have any legitimate interests that would justify such processing, or
• it turns out that the processing of personal data carried out by us is no longer in accordance with generally binding regulations

However, this right does not apply if the processing of your personal data is still necessary for:

1. fulfilling our legal obligation,
2. purposes of archiving, scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes, or
3. the determination, exercise or defense of our legal claims.

• The right to file a complaint - the exercise of the above-mentioned rights does not in any way affect your right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, in the manner indicated below. We will process your request within one month at the latest. In exceptional cases, especially due to the complexity of your request, we are entitled to extend this period by another two months. Of course, we will inform you about such a possible extension and its justification.
