Our funds also recorded a positive result in November.
The real estate fund NOVA Real Estate managed to extend the lease agreement with the largest tenant (almost 20% of the area) for the largest building, logistics and industrial complex in Trenčín, until 2028. The building is used by tenants mainly for science and research activities. This type of tenant is usually tied to the location for a long time, as it benefits significantly from the trained professional workforce. At the moment, the park is rented from about 96%. We continue to see an increase in turnover in OC Orlice Park. From the beginning of the year to the end of November by 6.8% compared to 2020.
In November 2021, the NOVA Green Energy fund appreciated by +0.42%, reaching an overall appreciation of + 4.33% since the beginning of the year, and thus continues in terms of the foundation of individual energy sources on a gradual growth trajectory. The largest photovoltaic project under construction in Csabrendek, Hungary, with an output of 28.5 MW is progressing according to schedule. The power plant is located just before the approval, the last finishing works are underway, which will lead to the acceptance of the work.
On the roof of the Orlice shopping center in Hradec Králové, we plan to implement a pilot 0.5 MWp photovoltaic power plant project in cooperation with the NOVA Real Estate sister fund. A grant application was submitted in mid-November, and we will now await the opinion of the Ministry of the Environment, which should come in the first quarter of 2022.
